Artist's Bio

Miriam Goodman is a poet, editor, and photographer. She is the author of three books of poetry including “Commercial Traveler” 1996, Garden Street Press”, and “Signal::Noise” 1982, and “Permanent Wave”, 1977 Alice James Books. She edited the 2001 anthology of 20 poets writing about work, entitled “Night Shift” for the Web ‘zine. “Frigate”. Her photographs have appeared, on book jackets, in literary magazines and on the web. With Karen Davis, she co-teaches the workshop, “Word and Image: Making Art in Two Languages" at the Lesley Seminars.
